Our South Yarra boutique hotel prides itself on its individuality and cheeky style which is designed to both welcome and entertain you in the most comfortable of ways. More importantly our front office team are warm and welcoming and are there to attend to even your smallest needs. We even offer a Rolls Royce chauffeur service (limited availability) on Friday and Saturday nights within the CBD.

Nestled in South Yarra, one of Melbourne’s most exclusive areas, our boutique hotel is within walking distance of some of Melbourne’s top restaurants. Located on the corner of Toorak Road and a couple of blocks from Chapel Street (which is one of Melbourne’s prime shopping areas) we are only 2 km’s away from the city itself.
Connected by trams in both directions and on the corner of Toorak Road, Millswyn Street runs between gorgeous Fawkner park and the Royal Botanic Gardens. We are a hop, skip and a jump from the Melbourne Cricket Ground – ok well a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cab ride, close to the Grand Prix circuit (easily audible in Feb), a short tram ride to the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), the Victoria and Prahan Markets, the Rod Laver Tennis Centre and the many of the Overseas consulates.
